Project fit

So yet again I have let things slip and am creeping way over my target weight and my stress levels are also soaring, so next week sees the beginning of "project fit" with a new gym membership to follow.  I am focusing on classes with a relaxation element to help my stress so in come Yoga, pilates and my favourite, Body Balance.  I also need to work on my cardio so more zumba classes are also required, will keep you posted on my success rate at motivating myself to get there!
